Reseller Rules

These rules apply to every reseller using NexaMart Xomali. By using a reseller account, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Reseller Role

Resellers may select eligible products offered by businesses on NexaMart and advertise those products through their own social media, pages, channels, or other approved methods.

Customers do not need to create a NexaMart account. When a customer places an order through the reseller, the reseller may create the order inside NexaMart using the customer's correct information.

2. Accurate Advertising

Resellers must advertise products honestly and accurately.

3. Pricing Rules

Resellers must follow the minimum and maximum selling prices allowed by NexaMart and the relevant business.

A reseller must not manipulate prices or attempt to bypass platform pricing limits.

4. Customer Orders

Before creating an order, the reseller must confirm that the customer actually wants the product.

5. Fake Orders Are Prohibited

Resellers must not create fake, test, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized customer orders.

Repeated fake or suspicious orders may result in warning, restriction, suspension, or permanent blocking of the reseller account.

6. Customer Privacy

Customer information must only be collected and submitted for a legitimate order.

Resellers must not sell, publish, misuse, or share customer information with unauthorized people.

7. Customer Consent

The reseller is responsible for making sure the customer has provided their information for the purpose of placing and delivering the order.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Resellers must not mislead customers about return, exchange, or cancellation rules.

The applicable business or product policy must be communicated accurately to the customer.

9. Reseller Earnings

Reseller earnings may remain pending until the order is successfully completed.

Cancelled, returned, fake, fraudulent, or disputed orders may not qualify for reseller earnings.

NexaMart may adjust earnings if an order status changes or an error is discovered.

10. No Unauthorized Contact With Businesses

Resellers must not misuse private business information obtained through NexaMart.

Resellers must not attempt to bypass NexaMart processes in a way that violates platform rules or interferes with order tracking, earnings, or dispute resolution.

Resellers must not promote or sell products that are:

Resellers must keep their username and password private and must not allow unauthorized persons to use their account.

Suspicious account activity may be temporarily restricted while NexaMart reviews the account.

NexaMart may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently block a reseller account when there is evidence of fake orders, fraud, repeated abuse, security risks, or serious violations of these rules.

The reseller is responsible for the accuracy of advertisements, customer communications, and order information they submit.

NexaMart does not guarantee that every advertisement will produce a sale or that every order will be successfully completed.

NexaMart may update these reseller rules as the platform develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
