Business Rules

Effective date: October 4, 2026

These rules apply to businesses that list products and fulfil reseller orders through NexaMart Xomali. By using a business account, the business agrees to follow these rules.

1. Business Account Information

Businesses must provide accurate registration and contact information. NexaMart may review or verify a business account before allowing it to use certain platform features.

2. Product Information

Businesses are responsible for making sure all product information is accurate and not misleading.

3. Product Price

The business is responsible for setting the correct base price for each product.

NexaMart may apply reseller pricing limits. Businesses must not attempt to manipulate prices or reseller earnings outside the approved platform process.

4. Stock Availability

Businesses must keep product stock information reasonably accurate.

A business should update or disable products that are no longer available so resellers do not advertise products that cannot be fulfilled.

5. Order Processing

When a valid order is received, the business should review and process the order within a reasonable period.

The business must not mark an order as accepted, delivered, returned, or otherwise completed unless that status accurately reflects the order.

6. Customer Information

Customer information received through NexaMart must only be used for legitimate order purposes, including preparation, delivery, return, exchange, or dispute resolution.

Businesses must not sell, publish, misuse, or share customer information with unauthorized persons.

Customer information must not be used for unrelated advertising or marketing without appropriate permission.

7. Product Quality

Businesses are responsible for the quality and condition of products they fulfil.

A product delivered to a customer should reasonably match the description, images, quantity, and condition shown when the order was created.

8. Counterfeit and Prohibited Products

Businesses must not list or fulfil products that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or otherwise restricted by applicable law or NexaMart rules.

NexaMart may remove or disable a product where there is a reasonable concern about legality, safety, authenticity, or compliance.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Businesses must clearly follow the return or exchange policy associated with their products.

Businesses must not advertise a return or exchange policy and later refuse to follow it without a legitimate reason.

10. Cancelled and Returned Orders

Businesses must accurately update the status of cancelled or returned orders.

Businesses must not falsely mark an order as cancelled, returned, or failed in order to avoid reseller earnings or platform obligations.

11. Delivery Information

Where a business is responsible for delivery or works with a delivery provider, customer delivery information must be handled carefully and used only as necessary to complete the order.

12. Reseller Relationship

Businesses must treat resellers fairly and must not intentionally interfere with legitimate reseller earnings.

Businesses must not misuse reseller account information or attempt to manipulate orders in a way that unfairly removes a reseller from an order they legitimately created.

13. No Platform Bypass for Existing Orders

Businesses must not intentionally move an existing NexaMart order outside the platform in order to hide the transaction, avoid order records, avoid reseller earnings, or avoid applicable platform rules.

14. Fake or Manipulated Activity

Businesses must not:

15. Complaints and Disputes

Businesses must cooperate reasonably when NexaMart reviews a complaint, return, fake-order report, or dispute.

NexaMart may review relevant order records, product information, account activity, and available evidence when resolving a dispute.

16. Account Suspension

NexaMart may restrict, suspend, or permanently block a business account where there is evidence of serious or repeated fraud, counterfeit products, customer-data misuse, fake activity, security abuse, or other serious violations.

17. Product Removal

NexaMart may remove or temporarily hide a product if the listing appears misleading, unsafe, prohibited, out of stock, fraudulent, or in violation of platform rules.

18. Responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the products they list, the information they provide, and the orders they accept and fulfil.

NexaMart provides the platform used to connect businesses and resellers and does not manufacture the products listed by independent businesses.

19. Changes to These Rules

NexaMart may update these business rules as the platform develops or when operational or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.

Businesses may contact NexaMart Support regarding orders, disputes, products, accounts, or platform issues.
